From siestas to power naps,sleep is a favorite pastime for millions across earth,but what happens when your mind wakes up,but your body hits snooze ?
Regardless of whether you’re an early riser,or a night owl it’s nice to shutdown and catch a few Z’s and dream lamp,but for those who suffer from sleepparalysis, it’s not that simple.
